Thank you for stopping by!  Below you will find my shop policies clearly stated and are in place to ensure that you receive the best customer service.  Please make sure to read all the sections below before ordering any items.

All items have been handcrafted and assembled with utmost care and
attention to detail. Many of my pieces are one of a kind (OOAK) adding
to their character and value.  While I enjoy creating pieces from my personal inspirations and
influences I am happy to collaborate with you or to take suggestions
for a custom item.  Click here for information regarding custom pieces.

Method of Payment
I accept money orders, certified cheques and credit cards via PayPal.  For information on how to purchase items with these different methods please visit the "How To Order" page. You can also purchase pieces through my Estsy shop at:  http://essjewelerydesigns.esty.com  I am willing to discuss other methods of payment if none of the above methods are condusive.  For more information please email me at:  essjewellery@gmail.com

Delivery/Pickup and Drop Offs
Orders will be shipped within 10 business days of purchase (payment has been received).  I ship using Canada Post and will not responsible for customs & brokerage charges on parcels traveling outside of Canada.  Packages that are issued a bar code will be able to be tracked and a confirmation message will be sent to you with that tracking number (if applicable).  Delivery time depends on the destination, as all deliveries originate from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.  If you require a different method of delivery, please contact me before
purchasing so that we can discuss rates and time of delivery.

Circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, such as inclement weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages, etc. In those rare conditions, the delivery times can be delayed; therefore, *S Jewellery cannot be held liable or guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Privacy Policy
Online shoppers should always be concerned about their privacy and identity theft.  *S Jewellrry takes your privacy very seriously.

*S Jewellery collects the least amount of personal data as possible to fulfill your order. We collect your:

Name - Only to be used for differentiating between orders, and addressing you while conversing.

Address – Only used for billing/shipping purposes. No junk mail ever!

Phone Number – Used only to contact you about your order. No telemarketing!

E-mail Address – Used to send tracking number and order information. No spam!

*S Jewellery will never share, loan or sell customer information to anyone!

Cleaning and Care Instructions
Most pieces are made with silver plated or solid silver findings (unless otherwise specified or requested).  Keep each piece separate in the containers or plastic packaging they were received in to prevent/reduce oxidizing.  If you experience tarnishing, polish pieces with a soft cloth.  Try to refrain from getting lotion, perfume, make-up, etc., on the pieces, and
it's advised not wear them in the shower, while swimming or in bed.

Damages and Repairs
If damages occur that are not from regular wear and tear or mistreatment of the pieces, S Jewelry will gladly discuss repairs.  If a piece breaks for reasons otherwise, repairs can be discussed for a nominal fee.

Due to the labourious nature of custom designs and one-of-a-kind (OOAK) pieces, all sales are final.

If a piece is damaged during shipping please contact me right away.
While I am not responsible for items getting lost or damaged in the
mail, I do want to ensure your customer satisfaction and we can work
together towards a satisfactory solution.
